Vyro Innovation LLP (and its officers, directors, employees or agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product or, where no purchase occurred, INR 5,000 (five thousand rupees), except where otherwise required by applicable law.
